We have teamed up with CQMS, an external health and safety consultancy company that is dedicated to ensuring that we are always compliant and adhering to the latest advice from the HSE.

Regular site visits and monthly interactions help to ensure that our team always adheres to policies.

Angell & Chambers has grown substantially since our inception in 2017. The main factor in continuing our growth was the ability to control our workmanship. 

To ensure quality, we have implemented a robust quality control process that is effectively executed by our team and easily comprehensible to external parties.

In partnership with a development company, we have developed our own 'Quality Control' app. This app allows us to monitor our workers at all crucial stages of a construction project, ensuring that photo evidence of critical components is captured. It also provides the latest relevant information to our workers, clients, and building inspectors at any time.

This seamless and transparent process has earned us prestigious awards, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach.

Our "Quality Control" process has eliminated the majority of our aftercare needs, but some requirements will inevitably arise, and we at Angell & Chambers take great pride in efficiently addressing them.

When a defect is reported, our customer care team schedules the work directly with the customer or client through our own portal. All communications and site visits are logged in the portal, and a closing signature is captured upon completion.

This process has proven to be efficient and also keeps our clients informed about the progress. We are fully updated with the latest defect log apps such as Clixifix, Miprojects, and Salesforce, which are used by some of our current clients.
